DRC: Conception and publication of a handbook on electoral dispute resolution

On November 25, 2011, a validation workshop focusing on the handbook on electoral disputes was organized by AfriMAP, and coordinated by Roger Mvita. The meeting was attended by Judges, Independent experts, members of the Independent National Electoral Commission and lawyers.
